We offer B&B Accommodation in part of the house with private access; this comprises of the main room with outside door, en-suite shower room, 2 single beds, settee, TV, DVD and tea and coffee making facilities. There is an adjoining room with a double bed which makes it an ideal unit for families or friends sharing the facilities.
We also have a 2 bedroom mobile home, planned to be available from May 2008, for self catering holidays. This will provide a double and 2 small single beds, bath / shower, kitchen and lounge dining area. The mobile is sited overlooking our main trout lake, with fields behind and a small private patio area. We feel confident you will enjoy staying in this peaceful environment.

We are ideally located for walkers and cyclists wishing to explore the beautiful unspoilt countryside. The local beach is renowned for fossil collecting and walking along it to the west will bring you to the site of Dinosaur footprints and casts before reaching Compton Bay, a favourite for surfing and those looking for a natural, non commercial sandy beach.
From the farm we have views of the Freshwater Bay chalk cliffs to the west and the Downs to the north over which the famous Tennyson Trail can be walked or cycled, from which the spectacular views of the coast can be enjoyed.

Next to the Fish Farm we have 3.5 acres of private woodland and ponds in which limited access can be made available to our guests. This is a haven for wildlife and an ideal spot for bird watching. Our favourites are the Kingfishers, Woodpeckers and Buzzards which are regularly seen along with our numerous water birds.
